We use this tool to identify waste and streamline the process. We work with you to analyse the  critical steps in the journey. It is important to understand the current state as its impossible to look for effective, sustainable improvement otherwise. We will look at time and volume at each stage. Value stream mapping is not only a manufacturing tool. It can be applied to logistics, supply chain, service related industries, product development and even administrative and office processes.
